Fall is in the air...

Water...

Where would we be without water? We wouldn't exist. We are made from water and we survive because of water. Last week something happened with our electrical system where our well pump wouldn't work and we didn't have water for a few hours. It was amazing to see how much I use water and take it for granted. I am so thankful for water, as well as the usual way that it is so easily obtained in the country that I live in!

Learning to Soar...

We have a baby hawk on our property and it just learning to fly. It is wonderful to see it soar!

Sisters

My sister was just visiting tonight and the whole family came over to our house for dinner. She took this photo and put it with one from when we were kids... and just posted it on facebook. I feel so grateful for a sister like her.

Rain

After a few weeks of seeing no rain and an incredible heat wave, I am very thankful for the rain today!
